About our Sourdough Loaves
Every loaf starts with a living sourdough starter and a two-day rise. No commercial yeast, nothing you can't pronounce, just flour, water, salt, and patience.
Each one is mixed, shaped, and scored by hand here in Smyrna, Tennessee. Plain sourdough comes either as a round boule or a square sandwich loaf, both with the crackly crust and the open crumb.
The flavored loaves are where the week gets interesting. Sharp cheddar and fresh jalapeño, roasted garlic with rosemary and parmesan, cinnamon raisin, blueberry lemon, and a few more that rotate through.
Add what you want to the cart and send it over. Courtney confirms every order with you personally, and she tells you where to pick it up. A jar of jam travels home in the same bag.
